Jugalkishore Jain
Jugalkishore Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai, and an LL.B. from the University of Mumbai. He also holds a Diploma in Management Studies from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai. A true entrepreneur, he began his career at the age of 14 in the family business and brings over six decades of diverse experience across textiles, commodities trading, equity investments, and real estate — spanning India, the UK, and the USA.
For over 30 years, he has specialized in the redevelopment of old buildings in Mumbai, transforming them into premium commercial and residential spaces. A passionate traveller and water sports enthusiast, he enjoys swimming, rowing, and windsurfing. Deeply committed to philanthropy, Mr. Jain has long supported initiatives focused on animal welfare and uplifting the underprivileged.


Gautam Jain
Gautam Jain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, USA, and a Master’s degree in Electronics and Automation from INSA Toulouse, France. His career began in the fields of robotics in the United States and Formula One engineering in Germany. Fluent in English, French, and Hindi, he has lived and worked across the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
His business acumen extends to real estate development and leasing across global markets, with a strong focus on India. Gautam is passionate about the intersection of art, design, fashion, and technology, and how each informs and elevates the other.
